When you choose to deal with us, you agree to the following trade and rental terms.
In this context, we must specify that the purchased product is pictures and / or photo copies.
Renting a photocopying machine is not a purchased item, only a rented only.

Order

All orders on GoSelfie.de must be done as follows:

• Choose the items and quantity you wish.
• At Photobooth choose the period you want to rent for and then add the item to the shopping cart.
• From the shopping cart you can always follow your order and select “Go to checkout”.
• From the items list, the order can be adjusted, after which you will continue to delivery.
• Enter your customer information, choose pickup and delivery location and accept our terms of trade and rental.
• Confirm that all information is correct and approve the order by paying.

Terms of use of GoSelfie.de and the hire of our photobooth:

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and enter into a lease with us.
• You are liable for damage and return as mentioned below.

Payment

You can pay using one of these payment cards:

Mastercard, Visacard including Visa Electron and Maestro.

Your payment will be charged once we have confirmed your order.

NOTE that “GoSelfie” will appear on your statement.

Prices and payment

All prices on GoSelfie.de are of course included VAT and all taxes.
After payment, a receipt will be sent to the email address supplied in the order.

The rental period is per. night and NOT per 24 hours!

Security

When shopping at GoSelfie.de you can use a payment card or MobilePay.
All payments are encrypted between you as a customer and NETS (former PBS)

Pickup & Delivery

All items ordered on GoSelfie.de are to be picked up and returned to the business you choose before you place your order.
You pick up and return yourself at your chosen location (GLS shop) in the check-out section.
The machine will be ready for pickup by the selected date no later than.12pm
If the item is not returned in time, you will be charged kr. 750, – for the first day and kr. 500, – for every subsequent day.
If you have chosen Sunday as a delivery, you will return on a Sundays. Note that some package store may be closed on Sundays. However, on gls.dk you can find the nearest open package store.
When you return the item you will receive a receipt which is your proof of receipt that the return has taken place in a timely manner.
Delayed shipping is covered by GoSelfie.de – Delayed delivery in the GLS shop is covered by you.

Complaint

Should you experience any faults, defects or damages please contact us as soon as possible on +49 0174 6787 123
Complaints for rented products must be made within 2 hours after collection, so that we can repair any faults or defects.
Complaints for defects in the supplied item, images and accessories, including photo props, must be made within 2 years of receipt of the product.

Cancellation

GoSelfie.de provides a right of withdrawal under the Consumer Agreement Act as follows:

• For physical goods – 14 days.
• For booking Photobooth – no cancellation right

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you physically receive the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform GoSelfie.de about it.

Goods with a right of cancellation are delivered sealed, if this seal is broken, you waive the right of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Once your prepayment is processed we will return the corresponding amount to the card used when ordering.
Treatment and repayment takes place within 14 days.

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your booking, 50% of the price is paid.
The cancellation must be made 30 days before the selected date!
If the equipment is shipped or canceled within 30 days of the selected date, the booking can not be canceled.

Changes

Once you have completed your order, the equipment is reserved for you!
If you wish to change the date, please contact us immediately and no later than 30 days for your first chosen date.
Against payment of kr.100, your date can be changed.

Special remarks:

Photobooth is a different twist for your party and does not replace a real photographer. There is therefore no guarantee of the quality of the images, as lighting conditions and motion can be a factor. However, you can always see if the photo has been good when taken with Photobooth, and if this is not the case, you can retake it.

You are liable for damage which may have been incurred for the rented equipment including the shipping case.
In case of breach of security tape or interference with the rental, no warranty is given and your cancellation will expire.
Therefore, remember to notify about mistakes, including damage, if noted at reception.
You accept that we can use our card issuer to try to withdraw money for shortcomings and extra days of rent. Alternatively there will be sent an invoice, which can be credited to the account number as indicated on this.

Correction of damage is assessed according to the following table.

• Screen – kr.1300
• Lamp – kr. 500,-
• Stand – kr.900,,-
• Transport box – kr.800,-
• Key – kr. 75,-
• Lock – kr. 185,-
• Clapm (clamp) kr. 395, – (including also for missing screw (s) that are of crucial importance)
• Power cable kr. 185,-
• Cloth bag kr. 50,-
• Removal / replacement of front sticker – kr. 185,-
• Foam in shipping box kr. 200,-
• By breaking red safety tape kr. 500,- per piece.
• Disassembly of electronics kr. 400,-
• Installation of electronics kr. 500,-
• Cleansing tape kr. 300,-
• Scratches on the photobooth case and other damage to parts of equipment and accessories which may happen if dropped – is reimbursed after estimation *.
• If the item is not returned in time, you will be charged kr. 500, – for the first day and kr. 350, – for each subsequent day.

* Among other things. Depending on the number of scratches, as well as the installation of electronics.

• Sanding and re-lacquering of box – 1. part kr. 685, – | 2 parts kr. 1085,-

For sanding and lacquering you also pay for dismantling and assembly of the electronics.
At extra charge, the pictures will be sent only after payment.

When you place an order on GoSelfie.de, please provide your name, address, email and telephone number. We need this information to send you an invoice and to ship your order. All information that GoSelfie.de registers in order to process your order is treated confidentially and in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Your information will not be disclosed to a 3rd party. For the sake of our bookkeeping, we must keep this information for 5 years.
